Shipping

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing their order. Once an item is sent to print, we cannot make changes to the address. If an order is returned to sender or fails delivery due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment charges.

Multiple Shipments:
If you order more than one item, please note that they may be shipped separately and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Processing Time:
Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days. Please consider this processing time when placing your order, especially if you need your items by a specific date.

After Shipping:
Once your item leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control.

Issues with Your Order:
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us directly. We are committed to helping resolve any problems and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Return Process:
To initiate a return for an exchange, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Please wait to receive an email with the return address and further instructions before sending your item. Note that exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned merchandise.

Responsibility for Orders:
We are not responsible for orders placed by minors. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and managing any online orders made by individuals under the age of 18.
